EasyType is a productivity tool you use at your own discretion. You are responsible for how you use it and for complying with the policies of any platform you use it on.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions bill monthly or yearly through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are offered within 30 days of purchase.

AI-generated content

AI-generated or AI-modified text produced by EasyType is provided as-is. EasyType makes no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or detection status of AI-processed text. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and taking ownership of any content they submit to academic institutions or elsewhere.

No warranty

EasyType is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Copyright and DMCA

EasyType respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content processed through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to support@easytype.pro including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• Identification of the infringing material.
• Your contact information.
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of EasyType shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
